Ordering One Book or for a Residential Address?
For a single book or a private-address order, the quickest route is the online shop.

- Pay securely online. Complete the order using a credit or debit card.
Delivery area: Online private-address orders are available to UK mainland customers, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands. For Northern Ireland, offshore islands, the Scottish Highlands and overseas destinations, please contact us for postage rates before ordering.

Use The Online School Order Forms
Choose the form that best matches your setting. Both forms let you enter product quantities and provide your school’s contact and delivery information.
Primary School Order Form
Order primary school diaries, Primary Teacher’s Planners, loose-leaf options, teaching-assistant diaries, pupil diaries, reading records, record books and planning charts.
Secondary School Order Form
Order A4 and A5 Teacher’s Planners, teaching-assistant diaries, student and homework diaries, record books, ring binders and planning charts.
How School Payment Works
- Complete the appropriate online school order form. Alternatively, use the shopping basket and select the Account option.
- Your order is supplied using the school or local-authority details provided.
- Make payment after delivery by cheque or BACS within 28 days.

Use the Primary Order Form for a primary-school order and the Secondary Order Form for a secondary-school order. Each form lists the products available through that route.
When do schools and local authorities pay?
School and local-authority orders can be paid after delivery by cheque or BACS within 28 days.
