Prices

We shall do our utmost to maintain the prices shown.
However, they are subject to alteration and increases in raw materials may have to be passed on.

VAT

VAT will be charged at the current rate.
Please remember that the VAT charge is returned to all LEAs as credit.

Specifications

We reserve the right to modify product specifications if necessary.

Errors and/or damage

Please notify us at once quoting orders and invoice numbers.

Order cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
A refund shall then be given.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from EPB you may return any products back to us within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be in a resaleable condition:
not damaged and having not been used.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory customer rights.
If a product is faulty we will replace it as soon as possible.

Settlement

Please settle your account within 28 days.

Any personal information disclosed to us by customers will only be used in order completion and account processing activities. It will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
