How long does it take to deliver?
We aim to dispatch all orders with 24 hours with a delivery time of 2-3 working days within the UK. International orders will vary. If you require more details please get in touch we will be happy to help.
Can I return my items?
We will of course replace any damaged or faulty goods free of charge. If you are unhappy with your product, please let us know within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The goods must be returned in a resalable condition, undamaged and unused.
Is my data secure?
Yes, our system is compliant with all necessary data storage regulations, and we do not store any data that is not essential for the creation of your school planners.
Do you offer a personalisation service?
